Express Cannabis Cards provides administrative and support services to facilitate medical marijuana evaluations with licensed physicians in the State of Florida. We are not a medical provider.

2. Appointments & Payments

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Payment is required at or before the time of service unless otherwise stated.
• By providing payment information, you authorize Express Cannabis Cards to charge for agreed services.

3. SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS (text messages) from Express Cannabis Cards related to:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Account notifications
• Follow-up communications

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.

4. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees.
• Please contact us in advance if you need to reschedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

Express Cannabis Cards is not responsible for medical decisions, treatment outcomes, or state registry determinations. All medical decisions are made by licensed physicians.
